Shipping - Orders are normally shipped the same or next business day they are verified. This does not include weekends & holidays. Credit card orders are normally received within 3-7 business days. Credit Card Orders can not be reported lost until 8 business days after they are placed. Mail orders can only be reported lost 3 weeks after payment was sent. If the $5.00 order tracking option is chosen the tracking # will be e-mailed when the package ships.
